Dancerverse Policies .
Liability Acknowledgment
By booking any lesson, class, or service with Danceverse, clients acknowledge that dance instruction involves physical activity and inherent risks. Danceverse is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after a session. Participation is voluntary, and clients are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and using proper judgment while engaging in all activities. By scheduling a lesson, clients agree to our Limited Liability Waiver and accept full responsibility for their participation.
No-Refund Policy
All payments for lessons, sessions, and packages are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, the payment is final. However, Danceverse understands that unexpected changes may occur, and we offer flexible rescheduling under the terms below.
Rescheduling Policy
Lessons may be rescheduled, not refunded.
Pre-paid rescheduled lessons must be used at a later available date and do not expire.
All rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
Any missed session or request made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without credit, in fairness to the instructor’s time.
Photo & Video Release
• Lessons or performances may occasionally be recorded for educational or portfolio purposes.
• By signing this agreement, you grant permission for such content to be used on the instructor's professional social media and website, unless you opt out below.
☐ I opt OUT of photo/video use for marketing purposes.
Choreography & Intellectual Property
All choreography created by the instructor is original work and remains the intellectual property of the instructor. The following terms apply to all routines, combinations, and choreographic material developed during lessons or for competition:
• Clients may not alter, modify, cut, or rearrange any choreography created by the instructor without prior consent.
• Choreography provided for competition routines must be performed as taught. Any changes to formation, musicality, or movement must be approved by the instructor before use in competition.
• Clients may not hire a second choreographer to revise, supplement, or replace any portion of the instructor's choreography without first formally ending this client relationship and providing written notice.
• Bringing in outside choreographic input (including input from parents, other coaches, or dance peers) without the instructor's knowledge or agreement is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• The instructor's choreographic work may not be taught, shared, replicated, or transferred to other students or studios without express written permission.
• Video recordings of routines are for personal reference only and may not be distributed, posted publicly, or shared with other choreographers or studios.
