Welcome to Danceverse — Portland, Oregon's solo training ground for competitive dancers.

Danceverse isn't a dance studio in the traditional sense. We work exclusively with dancers ages 6–18 who already train somewhere else and want to get sharper — building stronger technique, deeper confidence, and real performance excellence across jazz, hip-hop, ballet, tap, and lyrical/contemporary.

Founded on the belief that every dancer has unique potential, Danceverse provides one-on-one instruction focused on technique development, dance conditioning, choreography, and competition prep. There are no group or recreational classes here — every program is built around one dancer's goals, timeline, and next stage, whether that's a competition, a convention, or an audition.

We believe in a focused, individualized environment where dancers can push further than a group class allows. Every session meets the dancer exactly where they are, helping them progress safely, confidently, and with a plan built specifically for them.

At Danceverse, we're more than a place to take a class — we're a training partner for dancers who are already serious about their craft. Join us and experience personalized, results-driven coaching built for dancers ready to go further.

About the Owner

I'm Destiny! I've been passionate about dance since I was 2, training and competing in all styles including jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. In addition to dance, I've been a gymnast and cheerleader, and I've explored many other sports, which taught me the importance of cross-training, strength, and conditioning to build muscle, stamina, and reduce injury.

I started teaching at age 16 and have had the privilege of working with talented choreographers around the world, including Brian Freedman, Tina Caspary, and have danced with the Blazers Dancers. Over the years, I've competed in top competitions such as Starpower, Radix, KAR, Showstopper, and the World Dance Championship — experience and insight I now bring to every dancer I train, one-on-one.

My mission is simple: take dancers who are already serious about their craft and help them get better — sharper technique, stronger performance quality, and the confidence to walk into any audition or stage ready
