Portland's Solo Training Ground for Competitive Dancers

Danceverse is a solo development company for competitive dancers ages 6–18 in Portland, Oregon. We work exclusively with dancers who already train at a studio and want to get stronger and sharper — through one-on-one coaching in jazz, hip-hop, ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and tumbling.

There are no group or recreational classes here. Every session is built around one dancer's technique, goals, and timeline — whether they're preparing for auditions, sharpening a solo, or training for a regional or national stage.

We are proud to compete at regional and national dance competitions, giving our dancers the opportunity to showcase their hard work, receive professional feedback, and experience the thrill of performing at their best.

❊ Testimonials

Loved by dancers. Trusted by Parents.

Seriously! But don’t take our word for it, here are some things people have to say about us.

We’ve worked with Destiny a few times now, and we’ve noticed a big difference right away as my daughter’s improvement was truly remarkable. Destiny has such a strong yet gentle presence - she’s patient, clear, and truly knows how to connect with young dancers. Her ability to break things down and guide with encouragement makes her an absolute joy to work with. My daughter felt comfortable right away and is already feeling more capable and inspired. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive private coach!

Wonderful help working with my daughter to improve dance technique and learn new skills. She was accommodating, helpful, and great with kids! Highly recommend.

We had a group of teens learning 3 dance numbers. Destiny worked around wild athletic schedules, teen emotions, and frantic mama stress with ease, reassurance and so much capacity. Clear communicator both on and off the dance floor. We highly recommend her. I will definitely hire again.
